Please contact us if you have any concerns or would like to make a specific complaint. 

All complaints are reviewed by our Clinical Quality Liaison Officer, who will co-ordinate a response and provide feedback to you.  

### What to do if you have a complaint

Please consider what you would like to see happen to resolve your issue. 
- Contact the Clinical Quality Liaison Officer via our Customer Care Team to discuss – 1300 118 247. 
- Alternatively, complaints can be submitted online via the [customer feedback form](/contact-us/#contact-us-webform).
- Your concerns will be documented and kept in a confidential file. 
- A letter will be sent to you outlining future action and next steps. 

Sometimes a complaint cannot be resolved under our governance framework. In these rare situations, we refer our consumers to the Office of the [Health Complaints Commissioner](https://hcc.vic.gov.au/).
